You can book an appointment online through our website by selecting your preferred service, date, and time. You will receive a confirmation via email and SMS.

You can book appointments up to 90 days in advance. Same-day bookings are also available with at least 30 minutes notice.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Online payment is available during booking for your convenience.

Advance payment is optional. You can choose to pay online during booking or pay the full amount at the clinic on the day of your appointment.

Please bring any previous dental records, X-rays, or medical history if available. Also bring your ID for registration.

We are open Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM, with a lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Friday hours are 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Yes, we provide emergency dental care. Please call 01733536000 for urgent situations. We prioritize emergency cases and will accommodate you as quickly as possible.
